Sounds of Timor aims to be usable by everyone, on the devices people actually use in Timor-Leste — including older Android phones on slow connections.

• Pages are built to stay lightweight; streaming uses a data-light player with clear controls.
• We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA contrast and keyboard navigability across the site, including the audio player.
• Images carry text alternatives; forms carry labels; player controls carry accessible names.
• The platform is being prepared for Tetum, Portuguese, Indonesian and English.
